Cancellation & Deposit Policies:

All reservations require a credit card hold at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call the restaurant directly. Cancellations made within 48-hours of the reservation date/time are subject to a $200 per person cancellation fee. However, we would be happy to work with you to reschedule your visit.

We staff appropriately and specifically prepare food in advance for every guest dining with us. In the event that you do not show for your reservation, your booking will be void and you will be charged a $200 per person no-show fee.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Most dietary requests can be accommodated with at least 72 hours' notice. Please add any dietary restrictions to your reservation on OpenTable, or call the restaurant directly if booking fewer than three days out. Due to the nature of our tasting menu, we are unable to accommodate allergies to seaweed, allium, corn, capsicum or mushroom.

Are children allowed in the restaurant?

In consideration of our dining experience and the comfort of all guests, we generally discourage dining with young children. Auro’s tasting menu unfolds over several hours; however, children are welcome provided they are able to maintain appropriate decorum for the duration of the evening.

All guests, including children, require a reserved seat and will participate in the tasting menu experience. Please note that items from the TRUSS Restaurant + Bar children’s menu are not available at Auro. Additionally, the use of audible electronic devices, including headphones, is not permitted in the dining room.

What if we’re late for our reservation?

We carefully pace our tables each evening to ensure that we have time to take great care of all of our guests. In order to ensure the best experience for everyone, please note we will hold your reservation for a grace period of 15 minutes. Complete parties not arriving within 15 minutes of the reservation time may forfeit their reservation and be charged a $200 fee per person. As a courtesy to your fellow guests, please plan accordingly in order to arrive on time for your visit.

Do you allow corkage?

We are delighted to accommodate wines from your personal collection. A corkage fee of USD 100 per 750ml bottle and USD 200 per magnum will apply, with a limit of one bottle per table, per reservation. Please note that all bottles must be unopened upon arrival, and outside liquor or beer is not permitted on the premises.

What is your dress code?

Auro is a Michelin-starred dining experience, and we encourage guests to dress accordingly for the occasion. While jackets and ties are not required, we kindly ask that attire reflect the elevated nature of the restaurant. Out of respect for the experience and our guests, we reserve the right to decline seating for those in overly casual attire (including shorts, flip-flops, ball caps, graphic T-shirts, hoodies, swimwear, or similar). In such instances, we would be pleased to accommodate your reservation at our upscale casual restaurant, TRUSS Restaurant + Bar, located adjacent to Auro.

Are animals allowed at Auro?

Per California Health Code laws, animals are not permitted in any restaurant spaces. We will accommodate ADA-protected service animals; please note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals and are not protected under California ADA-protection laws. People using Service animals in California must have their animal on a leash or harness and should have an official identification tag. We request that Service animals wear their government-issued vests when in the restaurant.

Can I make dinner reservations for groups larger than 5 guests?

Parties of 4 more are considered "large parties" in Auro and are required to go through our ‘Group Dining Process’ which includes pre-planning the dinner event and signing an Agreement ahead of time.

For information regarding booking parties of 6 or more guests, please reach out directly to auro.napavalley@fourseasons.com.

Is there a waitlist if I am unable to make a reservation?

Yes, please call the restaurant directly or visit OpenTable to be added to our reservation waitlist. Should an opening become available, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are happy to accommodate walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, we strongly recommend securing a reservation in advance to ensure your preferred dining time. Even when fully committed, we do occasionally have last-minute openings and will do our best to accommodate.

Will I receive any other communications regarding my reservation?

Our team will contact you regarding confirmation of booking, allergies/dietary restrictions, and any special arrangements you would like us to make for you. If you are booking less than three days in advance, our team may not be able to get in touch ahead of your visit. Please feel free to call us should you have any questions or concerns.
